I've just started the Fundamentals course and am following it alongside the training I was doing previously - which is mainly bodyweight training (i.e. pushups, situps, burpees, squats) , running, and weights. Is this going to impact the effectiveness of the GST training?

Fundamentals has the purpose to detect mobility deficits and basic locomotion/support movement deficit so for now you can but as you will progress over foundations the your routine must be revisited.
Ok thanks - how should it be revisited and at what point?
When you move to Foundations. This is where you will go from training fundamentals to a focus on establishing basic strength and mobility/joint prep. In the course forums available to Foundations customers we have discussed and explored a lot of workout permutations and combinations ![]()
