Skiers - movement standard

I'm a little unclear about the depth of this movement. In the video, it is described as having your hips are down to the level of the knees. That sounds like a 90 degree angle at the knee. If you look at the screenshot here, it doesn't look like the athlete is close to that depth. 

What should I be going for? 90 degrees at the knee or greater?

Eventually you want your hips level with your knees so 90 degrees at the knee.
