Just done Day 4 and am really enjoying it, whilst also getting my head around not going at it!

Could do with some clarification: what is the difference (if any) between the "Supine" position in Day 2 and the "Straight" position in Day 4?

Thanks in advance

Supine refers to any position lying on the back and is an orientation of the body in space.

Straight refers to the shape of the spine, which is a tight neutral spine. One can have a straight spine in prone, supine, upright, inverted or any other orientation.
