Good morning everyone,
There is currently a bug in the forum software which is allowing new students to post directly to the forum without requiring a moderator's approval.
This is a serious issue as it undermines our entire customer support structure.
Until the software glitch is resolved, pay especial attention to all new posts. There should be no new posts that are not reviewed and supported by a customer support rep/moderator.
Here is an example of the latest; the very first post of a brand new Fundamentals students who mistakenly posted in the Getting Started section.
