How to replicate that wall of dowels?

Any advice on how to do elevated bridge at home? I don't have one of those walls made out of dowels (does anyone?). Thoughts on what to use to help?

Thank you for reaching out. The bridge wall walks can also be done walking down a wall. If you have a training partner to give you a spot under your back that would be a huge help. For safety when you walk down the wall push your palms firmly into the wall for stability.
