4 week course? 24 consecutive days?

Hey i was just wondering and wanted to clarify that the fundamentals is conducted on 24 consecutive days then the fundamentals course is over?  I saw that it said its a 4 week course so i just wanted to make sure im not missing anything.  Also once i complete the fundamentals course do i immediately move on to the next course?

Hi Brian,

You are correct. Fundamentals is a 4 week course but you have lifetime access to the lessons. Once Fundamentals is completed, you will have the correct tools to begin the other courses including foundation 1 and the stretch courses. Starting those courses is our recommended step after Fundamentals completion.
