Just getting ready top start the stretch course and going through the videos see the stretch blocks. what are they made of? They look light. Gonna need to come up with a substitution since I don't have any.

Stretch Blocks

They are generally called yoga blocks and are made of a foam rubber compound, but versions can be found made from cork or wood.
If you google yoga blocks you will find all sorts of options, they are inexpensive and worth having.
Otherwise you can use hard covered books wrapped in saran wrap, or any other found object that you have which is strong enough to hold the weight.
