Is this set up okay for arch ups?

Im using this at the moment for my arch ups, However i'm aware it may be a little easier then shown on the course. What do you think?

That is definitely easier. Try to do them off of a flat surface. I used to put a box in front of stahl bars and tuck my feet under a rung. Now GB has a back strap that is pretty versatile because you can rig it on a lot of different thing if you don't have stahls. It's easier than finding someone to hold your feet.
