So recently bought the Thoracic Bridge stretch course as super tight shoulders! Loving it so far... thought I post a form check up as not sure if i'm doing it right. Feels good, nothing felt on the lumbar but aware my shoulders aren't where they should be just yet.

Do you think this height is okay or needs to be changed?

thanks!

Everett Carroll

The height looks good. Make sure you are straightening your knees at the top of each rep. Your hands might need to move further away from the box to achieve that.

My personal suggestion is spend the biggest part of the time of the beginning exercises until se25. actually your shoulders flexion it not enough in order to guarantee the correct spine extension for future bridge development. With my brother i've experimented that 5 to 10 minutes of cat and inverted cat everyday it the best solution.

Holy smokes! I've found cat to be one of my favorite daily stretches, but I'd been keeping it to 30s once or twice a day.

Good to know I can up the ante :) Is 5-10 minutes accumulated throughout the day, or one solid chunk?

Well actually he is doing the front lever work and immediately after if he performed X set of FL he does also X set of cat and inverted cat.
