FTP/PE1 Form Check

All good. At this load these should pretty much be just a warmup for the forearms, as you move forward and the load increases, you will find the mechanics and hand position may need some adjustment. I think this is pretty intuitive though ![]()
Although I notice again that you seem to be slightly exaggerating the body movement. No need for this, keeping the load on the wrist and striving to keep the pace slow and even will pay off big long term and smooth your progress ![]()
Looking ahead on these to explain this, my preferred version of these is straight arms in a pushup position on on knees, performed slowly and without momentum; it's tempting to bounce up as if beginning a clapping pushup to do them in a full pushup position but it is much more beneficial to stay at an intensity which allows you to maintain a controlled. Joint conditioning, especially in the wrists, is a methodical process ![]()
