Using mirrors or video camera

Hey Coach,

I do my exercise at home and dont have any large enough mirrors to look at my form.

However, I do have a reasonably good feel for things (like my back being straight etc.)

My question is : should i invest in a mirror or more likely a video camera so my movement is recorded ?

Am i reading too much into the importance on posture here, and is this something I only do long way down the line ?

Thanks

Muzz

Hi Muzafar,

Thank you for reaching out. I do believe that using mirrors or recording yourself during training is the best way to double check your form. You can get a little tripod for your phone and set your phone up to record you.

If you record your training you can also share your videos on here to receive feedback.

Hey Tanya,

This is the video of my block 1 workout on Day 5.

The video stopped halfway through recording so i did the second half of the W/o again.

i would appreciate feedback from you or any of the other coaches (its quite slow and boring to watch and no sound - sorry lol.)

Part 2

Thanks a lot (

-first exercise: sometime you tend to put down your thumb first then the palm, put the palm directly on the floor.

-during the stretch at 2:15, consider too full rotate forward the inner elbow, it helps a lot to stretch the brachioradialis also.

-2:47 hips closer to the floor.

second vide: 2:12. hold the feet together.

beside the adjustments, nice work, dedication and patience.
