Thrive and food sensitivities

If a person has a bunch of food allergies, sensitivities or intolerance, would they still succeed on Thrive?

For example, let's say seafood allergy or lactose intolerance, and fish+dairy was one of the "The foods you ARE eating" groups on the nutrition pyramid, does the course/Jeff provide alternatives?

I understand that vegetarians are already "not optimal" for this diet, so I was wondering if any other specific food restriction might also be "not optimal".

Thanks

You would have to have some pretty serious allergies. I mean like Boy In The Bubble allergies.

PM me your allergies and I will tell you a yes or no.
