Thrive is about Simplicity Over Time

Is it me or has anyone else noticed that we are constantly asking nutrition questions which we most likely know will reveal themselves later on.

My understanding of Thrive is the incremental introduction of great habits overtime without drastic change to your nutrition regimen already in place.

So as we progress and add in each better habit it causes us to have to give up a bad habit that we may have.

Maybe I think we tend to complicate things too much. KISS.

My thoughts exactly.

Try this on people: Strike up a conversation with someone about nutrition, let them lead the conversation and just observe. 1) What do they think is heathy? 2) How heathy do they think they are? 3) How much are they actually doing?

Often times it doesn't matter what they think is heathy because they aren't doing it anyways. And, often times they themselves don't even realize of far off they really are.

So whats most important; knowledge or action? There are way too many people out there who know better who simply aren't doing it.

Ha! Honestly @Jeff Serven that's totally me... The belief knowledge is power but no action to back up the claim. That's why I'm all about following instead of trying to lead blindly with my nose in a book now. I love Thrives approach to nutrition and truly believe it's the way we should all start creating better more healthier habits.
