Hey, gymnastic body lovers
Planche tuck on the floor seems like a myth to me, i struggle to find the balance on the straight arm frog stand and lose balance crashing forward. i always end up tipping forward and find my body over leaning when im not aware but when i am aware i hold the right angle of the planche i always make sure i protract my scapula hollowing my body, but still find the balance and end up crashing falling short, but my arms can't seem to find that initial balance and its frustrating, i want to master the frog stand, so i can eventually progress to tuck planche on the floor,
i can hold straight arm Planche lean 30x5 sets 1 min rest
i did the bent arm frog stand hold 5x30 seconds holds 1 min rest easy now but can't hold a straight arm tuck planche
oh and one more thing to mention i can hold tuck planche on p bars?? but can't do it on the floor to save my life with out falling it makes no sense
i can hold a full front lever straddle shoulder retracted 20 seconds
full back lever 30 seconds supinated grip body horizontal
i can hold a straight handstand for 60 seconds on the floor..
hold l sit on ground 15x5 1min rest between
but makes no sense what am i missing do i need to keep practicing the frog stand straight arm even though i have good time on it or are my wrist not mobile enough,
i even do wrist prep work pushups on wrist etc
your sincerely LUIGI
