Illness and change in work schedule for a few weeks - how to deal with it in workout scheduler?

Hi everyone,

today i woke up with the symptoms of a flu and decided to skip my workout and maybe only do the stretch series later. Also due to summer vacation i have different work hours for the next 6 weeks that make it harder to do my workouts as i have them scheduled. How should i deal with it in the workout scheduler? Just click the "not tried" button? Thank you, Jochen

If you won't do the workouts then yes, log them as not attempted. Alternatively you can reschedule them if you can squeeze the workout in on some other day.

Thank you very much Matic

Hi @Jochen Friedrich i have these flu symptoms most of the time and based on my experience, the more i don't do anything, the more it worsens. i listen carefully to my body. for me, it gets better as i train(i will probably cut the volume depending on how i feel). the proper thing to do is log it in as not attempted.

i am not suggesting that you train even if you are not feeling well but i am sharing my experience. :)

I'm with Leo, in my opinion stretching can only be beneficial - harder exertion like F1 or H1 - I probably wouldn't attempt or advise attempting while feeling fluey however. If you cannot do the workouts, yes please mark them as "not tried", Jochen.

Thank you for your advice!
