Fl stalled because of triceps

Hey,

i m training for years for different sports and know about the foundation(have 1-2 mastered)but to make it short: i can hold 3 x 30s the tuck front lever with depressed scapula and without really feeling it in my lats and abs, so i went to the adv. tuck with 90/90 and it feels good, but my arms are holding me back. my elbow or better triceps cannot shoot like i wanna.

My status quo:

- 3x30s tucked FL

- 3x30s GermanHang without any discomfort :)

- 3x30s Support Hold and now changing to RTO

- shoulderstand(move in and out and static)

- probably quite good L-sit still

- 3x30s false grip hang

I take it slow as i did with tucked version, so i was thinking to change between training session A and B, so i can add dips for triceps power or better stay with a straight arm exercise like fl negatives/pull n push to strengthen my triceps in this position? if you want a good static, you need to train this one, right? but the monthes i spent with straight arm for tucked fl did not improved my triceps at all, maybe because it s too easy?
Also think my tricep is my weak link in general, hspu no problem, but normal push ups im really bad compared to rest.

Maybe anyone with some experience especially on this weak link? :) Usually people do not have the power in the lats i read here.

From what I understand, once the foundations series is properly complete, this won't be an issue for you.

maybe, i m not done with f4 and i d like to find my own way, but of course i use it as a foundation and curriculum. at least f1-2.

i had no big problems with the dip stuff, it s just a long time ago i trained any dips, just hspu variations. so, that s why my quesion is related more to the correlation between straight arm training and bent arm training(for the tricpes) :)

Sorry, Bill, but it sounds like you have strayed to far from the foundations pathway.  I understand, and it's always tempting to add in other things, but in the process of adding ring work you're neglecting your basics.  I'd say you are at the perfect spot to do a reboot.  Work back through F1 and F2, in order, and I expect you'll find some fairly major problem spots.  Also, remember, we don't move on to the next progression until we can do 5x30 seconds plus the iM.  I think I would recommend you not spend time on the ring work and redouble your efforts on your foundations.  especially the planche progressions since that sounds like a weak area.  Patience, my friend.
