Go easy on me
... HBP has been the most challenging element for me in GST. This is my best attempt at keeping my bottom ribs tucked in while maintaining PPT as best I can.
Tips/advice?
Thanks!

Haha, it's not as bad as you seem to think, Cam. Just work on depressing your scaps more; your shoulders were shrugged towards your ears and you want them away. Also, keep working on protraction at the top.
Thank you Everett!
Ill work on those details and repost a form check later this week.
Cheers,
Cam
You've cleaned that up a lot; good work. Just make that a strong lockout at the top, nailing both line and scap positioning!
Thanks!
Ill work on the lockout and scaps and repost soon.

Is this better?
I think you just need to lock in a strong PPT at the start and keep it during the reps, Cam. To me they seem good otherwise.
Yes. Bellybutton could come up a little bit but otherwise, really good.
Thanks guys! Will keep working on the PPT ![]()
Good effort Cam! Keep up the good work.
Thanks very much Ryan - the encouragement is appreciated!
