pHS/PE1 form check

It is my first form check. It was the 4th and last set for that day.

I would move the feet 8-10 cm lower and the hands directly under the shoulders.

Thanks a lot. I tried it today with suggested adjustments and it was much harder, no suprise. See you in few weeks.
