Issue # - Technical support threads should not be approved. Instead, leave it hidden and send the member a polite PM with the link to tech support (www.gymnasticbodies.com/help)
Even though this user submitted a ticket 10 minutes later and had the problem addressed quickly, it makes GB look bad having this thread up and not answered.
