HBP/PE2 form check please

Hey Kirsten your have segmentation of your bodyline,  shoulders are coming up first then hips.  Also a slight pike and loss of posterior pelvic tilt at the bottom.  The coaches usually recommend correcting these problems with PE1.  Its a good idea to post a PE1 form check and get the shape and rigid body line sorted out before going to the floor.

Hi Kirsten basically your segmentation during the ascent part is due to lack of strength , in this situation your body tries to push up only one part that is the most easier to push up: the shoulders. while the hard one that is the middle part remains lower. you can evaluate to use an intermediate height between PE 1 and PE 2.
