Hi guys,

Just moved on to PE3 and looking for a form check. Thanks!

The primary difference between PE2 and PE3 is the amount of leaning that must be showed before attempting the descent part of the push up. Actually your shoulders are over the wrists so there is practically no differences with the PE2. Please check the course video.

Thanks, @Alessandro Mainente. I see what you mean about no lean at all in the above. Tried again today, mind taking a look? Definitely a bit of lean but perhaps not enough? How does body line look? First rep is bad!

Lean it is not enough, also you need to fix the top position with more posterior pelvic tilt and protraction. what is your point on sPL develpment?

Thanks @Alessandro Mainente. Nearing the end of PE1 on sPL.

Lower back it is arched, you need to put more attention to bodyline.
