Hello Forum Coaches,

Looking for direction or workflow post Fundamentals.

Once completed what's the recommended course of action? Looking for someone from GB for coaching guidance on this question.

Here's a few variants:

- Wanting to continue with Fundamentals but not read for Foundation (how much of Fundamental exercises to continue with)?

- Moving into Foundation (how much of Fundamental exercises to continue with)?

My thanks

Javan

PS I help design online education and there are a few improvements if GB is interested in exploring improvements to the pedagogy of the online course. Thanks for all your work on this.

Do the daily limber...daily. And then work on the animal movements at your leisure, whichever is hardest is likely where you need the most attention. But Foundations will really shore up those issues, however, incorporating the movements as a morning warmup (which I like to do) and/or prior to your Foundation workout is likely the most common choice people take.

Javan,

The next step after Fundamentals is to begin Foundations 1, ideally in conjunction with at least one of the stretch courses. F1 will be more structured, and allows you to start where you need to according to your current level of fitness. The Foundations will target strength and mobility for the entire body, which makes it a very well-rounded course. Adding at least one stretch course will help address mobility deficits and is designed to do in tandem with F1.

As Daniel mentioned above, the movements in Fundamentals make for a great warm-up routine before working you Foundations workout. Start with the daily limber and follow it with any or all of the Fundamental movements that you struggle with so that you can continue to refine them.

Good luck!
