Hello everyone,

are legs/feet touching the floor on Prone Floor Handstand Flexion with Weighted Bar: HS/PE5 or are they slightly detached from the ground similar to arms and hands (same to an arch body)?

OR should I keep posterior pelvic tilt, leave legs and and feet to the floor, with ankle together, pointing feet, while raising arms only?

Thanks

Alessandro Mainente

You should :

-hold a PPT

-hold the armpit ash much close as possible to the ground

-do not push down with your knees against the floor

-do not arch the lower and the upper back

-the upper-medium back must be rounded.

Note this is how your prone dislocate reps will also look as the grip becomes narrower :)
