Hello everyone,

is the back of the heels/feet touching the floor on Supine Floor Handstand Flexion with Weighted Bar: HS/PE4 or it is close slightly detached?
How about the hands?

Should I keep posterior pelvic tilt AND hands AND feet touching? Is this even possible?

Thanks

Alessandro Mainente

On the supine version everything must be in contact with floor. exception for the knuckles which are some cm's off from  the ground.

HI Davide,
As above. it's possible (with a little practice). It's harder than it looks to make a straight line with our bodies. Think about the floor as a tool to help you find your HS alignment. The main difference is that you're not working on the balancing aspect of HS, rather focusing more on practicing proper body alignment. So yes, feet+legs together, PPT, core engaged.
