This course is recommended to be done once weekly. Is this the most your body can handle? Or by doing more frequency, perhaps three times weekly, one can make progress more quickly.
Exactly the opposite, with more frequency you will obtain overstretching that is the other side of overtraining. flexibility is a way to train. doing too less equals no gains...doing too much means loss of gains.
Once a week, moderate at first, then harder.
Stretching lighter more often is recommended; hard stretches are to be done once per area per week and are intended to complement integrated mobility in the courses.
