IN some reps the shoulders seem to be in front of the elbows. Also try to not fall in between the shoulders with the body, pull down strongly with the upper arm so that you have a strongly safe support position.
IN some reps the shoulders seem to be in front of the elbows: Do you mean on the way up or down? Because on the way up i find i really hard to keep them from not falling forward. Is that required?

Could you or someone else post a sideview of a proper russian dip, that would be really helpful! =)

Do you mean on the way up or down? Because on the way up i find i really hard to keep them from not falling forward. Is that required? If you look the bottom position from the side the elbow must be on the same line of the shoulder, not tilted forward of backward.

On the way up or in the upper arm support? Falling in between the shoulder means do not push down against support. this could lead to shoulder injury. you can check in from a front view.
