I came across a fabulous product and thought others here might be interested. I just received the "Lemon Kiss" flavor of My Coconut Kitchen's coconut butter (link to Amazon listing). It's just organic coconut butter, lemon and vanilla extracts, and stevia.
The flavor is subtly sweet (no bitter aftertaste) and reminds me of lemon tea cookies. In other words, it tastes like heaven. The texture is suuuuuper smooth and spreadable. I can't wait to try it on oatmeal/hot cereals, but honestly, I think I'll just eat it most of it off a spoon 
There are a lot of other flavors I'm eager to try (roasty toasty coconut and dark chocolate!).
