PE 5 felt really hard and i was feeling my harmstring still isn´t fully recovered. Is the range of motion enough? Should i do 5 per side (10 total) or 10 per side? I would stay on this level or go one back if you suggest

Try to hold the 90° twist as much as possible while lifting the upper body through the repetition.
Threat the neck as the final part of the spine, so arch it at the end of every rep.
Thank you very much @Alessandro Mainente - is it ok to stay on that level?
yes, a bit of refinement
OK, thank you very much
just want to make sure i am still using good form. Any refinement needed? Thank you!
Is the form correct or would you suggest refinement? I guess i could try to get up higher?
The second video is definitely better. Consider that the amount of twist you can manage depends on the ability to stretch out the opposite muscles. maybe a specific stretch for twisting muscles could be the solution, add some HBP/PE9>iM .
thank you for your help @Alessandro Mainente. Unfortunately it is on F2 which i don´t own, yet. Would it be OK to link a youtube video that helps with the same benefits? Wanted to wait with my purchase of F2 until my body is really that far plus i just spent so much on Fundamentals, Foundation GB Pro, Stretch Series plus HS1 in the course of just 1 month
Only if it is appropriate to do so of course!
If you have stretch series: TBs - se6.
Perfect- thank you so much
It felt like i am getting higher - thank you for the tip @Alessandro Mainente
It requires a bit in order to have a significant improvements but now the twist is increased a bit.
think about pull the elbows the the side as much as you can during the twist.
Will do so, thank you very much
Puuling the elbow is a good cue, the exercise feels better and better. Any other cues for improvement?
