Currently at 4x6r on this element.  This is my 4th set.

Because I struggled a long time with HBP/PE2 just wanting to check if I am performing this up to standard.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Substantial deficit of form around 20 sec, here you are starting to push up the shoulders first then the rest of the body. body should be held and moved like a single unit and not as separated pieces.

Also if you look closer to your forehead in the first rep it is substantially aligned with the bench behind you (3 sec mark) , then look at 18 sec mark, the distance is definitely less, this is a sign of reduced lean. you need to fix it.

in the final rep you shoulders reach the floor before the hips, this is wrong, body is diagonal at the beginning, hips should reach first.

Thanks for the feedback Alessandro.  I will continue to work keeping in mind to work on keeping sufficient lean and move as a single unit.  Maybe reduce a bit the reps and focus on the quality.
