That camera angle is virtually useless.
Still I can tell you are arching too much in your lower back and generally rushing the reps.
Check this watch and post a new video working on holding keeping the hips in PPT (posterior pelvic tilt) which will mean legs lower and fully stretched to the sides.
Haha, great video. Will repost - thank you for your time and efforts @Cole Dano
Happy to help!
here 2 new versions- hope the change in perspective helps:
Much better tempo. You may want to place a towel or pillow under that sharp table edge:)
Try to straighten your legs with your ankles plantar-flexed and toes pointed. It may be the camera, left leg seems a bit lower. Easy fix by just bringing more awareness to that side, if that's the case.
A moderator can confirm if more PPT is required. I think the important aspect is to be able to sustain (during the duration of your sets) the PPT you can access now and strengthen it going forward.
Thank you @Eva Pelegrin
This is much better than the first effort.
As mentioned, point your toes, and at the end of the rep, think out to the sides more than up.
Ok, got it - thank you very much for your feedback @Cole Dano
