FL/PE4 - Straddle Hollow Body Rock

Hi, 

Could anybody tell me what constitutes a rep? Is one rep, rocking back and forth? Or does rocking back and forth constitute 2 reps?

If only... if that was the case I would have passed FL/PE2 ages ago...  Can't wait to do the same for FL/PE4 and then FL/PE6... ;-)
