What is the difference between shoulder elevation and shoulder flex ion?

Shoulders elevation is basically a movement of the shoulder that could involve more or less the arm.

  • you can elevate with arms down
  • you can elevate with arms overhead

Shoulders flexion is basically a movement of the upper arm that could involve more or less the shoulder.

  • you can flex the upper arm with shoulder depressed
  • you can flex the upper arm with shoulder elevated.
