I've spent the last hour trying to figure out how to get this setup and started with no luck.  I am admittedly getting extremely frustrated at this point.

Can someone walk me through how to get started?  I try doing the setup and it just gives me constant errors whenever I try to save a configuration.  I don't even really understand how I'm supposed to set this up.  Yes I've read the FAQ, and all the material but none of it explains how to get started or why I keep getting these errors.

1. Are you logged onto the GymnasticBodies course specific server? If not, log on. If yes, see step two.

2. While logged onto the course specific server, near the top of your screen you will see the words "Dashboard," "Fitness," "Nutrition" "Forum," and "Account."  Move your mouse pointer over the word "Fitness" to find the Foundation series information as well as other information you have access to. Click on "Foundation."

3. While looking over the Foundation material. At the right of your screen you will see a black box with the following options "Intro Articles," "Ask a Question," and "FAQ & Equipment." click on "Intro Articles."

4. Read all of the articles you have access to. Do not read the material just once and think you have understand everything. In addition to reading the articles, watch the course specific videos several times. One time to get a general idea of the range motion and subsequent times to find more detailed information. (IE: What do the shoulders do?  Where are the hands placed? etc.) Use the course specific videos to check your form against. What you see in the videos is the mastery standards Coach Sommer expects.

5. If you select "Dashboard" you will be taken to the starting point whenever you log onto the course specific server. It is through the dashboard where you will create and or make changes to your workout routine. Become familiar with the basic and advanced "Workout Scheduler."

Thank you.  For workout routine do you do all 7 movements on the same day generally?  I know the recommendation is only do the excersises 4 times a week.  Also do you do the daily limber daily even on days where you are doing your other movements?

1. The answer to that question depends on the time you have available to dedicate to working out.  There are different workout templates available and which one you choose is up to you.  My workout may be different than yours.
2. A warm up with some basic light stretching is recommended. The stretch course material will take you into deeper stretching routines, that are specific to gymnastic needs.

A lot of your course related questions are answered in the "Intro Articles."

Training either all 7 or a split workout is covered in the intro articles. Generally its best to err low and add volume if you find things too easy rather than overdo it at first. The point is to find the point of most smooth and sustainable progress, not to wipe yourself out every session. There is plenty of hard work without making it harder on yourself :)

Always best to perform a light limber before training. I do the same 10 minute limber 6 days a week before training and have improved my mobility significantly since introducing this.

Also keep in mind that you aren't locked into what ever workout template you choose. If you feel that you would like to workout more (or less) you can always change your set up.

There is no universal optimal there are too many individual factors involved, so listen to your body, use your common sense and adapt the program to your needs over time.
