How is the GST foundation one going for you? I am just starting with it in San Diego.
Hey team,
For anyone in the SD area, I just joined FIT in Solana Beach, which actually has a set of stall bars (which is surprisingly difficult to find at a "conventional" gym). Just getting started with foundation, this should be sufficient for awhile.
If anybody else knows a good place to train, let the group know, but this is at least a start.

Justin, you still happy with FIT? Know of other places in SD that would be good for GST/GB’ing? Thanks!
FIT downtown also has a stallbar. The San Diego Circus Center also has great facilities for GST
