Curious any inputs doing the thoracic work with disc bulges, spurs, ect in the lumbar region...I know the obvious doctors answers is to not do them, but wanted to know what people are actually doing? So long as you don't feel pain or anything weird, just keep working through the stages? I had a steroid injection into L3-5 area yesterday...Good news is my T-Spine looks good on the MRI's.

Thoracic Bridges with L3-5 problems

In the long run T-bridge is excellent for your situation, for one it will help you pick up some potential ROM in spinal flexion, and learning to flex from the top down will help keep aggravation out of your lower back.
But personally, I don't recommend starting any new work after a steroid injection as it tends to give a false sense of confidence that can lead to further problems down the road.
When you do get to it, make sure to limit any negative sensation in your lumbar spine, and make liberal use of the forums if you need advice on scaling the various elements to your needs.
