At 8 seconds you can see the ideal alignment. try to avoid the changes you can see at 10 second where piking is a bit increased. for the rest, nice rom and tempo! keep working.
Outside of straight legs, any other cues for FL/PE10>iM
Thank you.
IN order to maximize the thoracic extension try to strongly retract and depress the scapula before the beginning of the exercise. you should feel many cramps in the upper-medium back as you progress in the hold. also you should try roll more on the forearms so that the sternum is exactly in line with the elbows. you can find that 1-2 sets with elevated feet are a good warm up.

Lots to work on, thank you sir. Hamstrings are tight in this movement, has been improving over time.
MMM I think you mean weak, they are a powerful hips extensor muscles. probably your rectus femoris is very tight.

Yeah, yeah, sure, sure... Started revisiting SLS SE iM's.
@Alessandro Mainente I've been practicing this iM with feet elevated as prescribed.
Thank you.
The more you squeeze your butt the more your stretch the rectus femoris.
@Alessandro Mainente How does this look? Thank you.
I think that you range of motion it is limited by your neck, let the neck to relax so that you can move the chin near the chest, in this way your upper rib cage will move closer to vertical position. this will make the position exactly over your forearms easier than now.
Btw, nice work Mark.
