On mondays i train all pressing variations from the GB book. Tuesdays i do all the core exercises. I did presses yesterday and now (tuesday), my shoulders are pretty sore. Im supposed to do core today (like leg lifts and l-sits), but i feel like because my shoulders r sore, it will prevent me from being able to hold a proper support while doing l-sits, and hinder my ability to hold onto the bar while doing hll's. So should i just wait til tomorrow (wednesday) to do the core exercises?

You could do exercises that don't involve shoulders. Crunches, sit ups, lying leg lifts, etc.

ya thats true

I understand that it's not as intense though :/ Just have to deal with it for now. Maybe you should do core strength before shoulder strength :P

Normaly there is no reason to skip it. When you do your leg lifts your shoulders are not working just, in L-seat very litlle...

If you do both of those workouts on the same day at different times, you'll get your work in before your shoulders get sore. SO if you did your presses in the morning or afternoon and your core at night you'd be able to work hard on both and not be held back by the soreness! Or your core in morning/afternoon and core at night, something like that. 4 hours of rest in between at least!
