Ideally how high off the ground should my feet be in the hollow position? I find my feet seem quite high in order to round my lower back and avoid any gaps underneath.

Leg height in hollow position

Hi Joey,
Ideally the feet will be approximately 4-6" off the ground. However it is not at all unusual for beginners to be quite a bit higher; as raising the feet shortens the lever arm which greatly reduces the load/intensity of the hollow.
Nothing to be overly concerned with at this point, as the proper lower back position is more important at this point than the height of the feet. Just note it as something to continue working on and move on.
