Hey Guys,

I have a wicked case of golfer's elbow (inside of the elbow). Any secrets you can help me with?

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ian,

The treatment will depend entirely upon the root cause of the issue. Symptoms from Golfer's Elbow can be created by problems in the bicep tendon or the anterior scalene muscle among other possibilities. As well, whether the damage is to the elbow itself (the periosteum surrounding the bone) or the tendon will dictate treatment. In short, a competent professional is essential.

If it is a simple case of tendonitis, treatment can speed up recovery but the biggest factor otherwise is simply rest and stopping the exercise or motions that created the overuse issue.

Thanks Cory, appreciate the reply.
