Hi

since we have to master the strength and mobilty element together to move to the next progression, i want to know what the decent amount of under and overgrip width dislocation to move to the next progression ?

also if some one want to improve under/overgrip dislocation and shoulder extension in width and weight, along his foundation and handstand training what can you suggest and where can i add it in my training ?

thanks

Maksis Riley

Width for the dislocates is one hand outside shoulder width.

For added work, it would have to be the thoracic bridge stretch series. This should be fine, just patience from there :)

For shoulder extension Thoracic works well as Maksis said. For the dislocates you'll want to have your shoulder girdle warmed up from other exercises before doing them. I work them after Foundation or with other H1 work.

As long therm goal you should aim to increase the weight until 20 kg, the grip follows the same previous mastery, use a weight that you can manage, decrease the width as you did for previous kg's , then when reached the necessary width (approximately should distance) add weight and restart.

understood , for example this week i will have Hs Pe6 Im which is undergrip dislocate in contrary to over grip the grip is too wide so do i need to stick with it for weeks or move to the next progression and work on it separately (cause this is the reason of my post )

to clarify more in my training i do HS strength and mobility( i do HS1 and f7 two days a week ) and after it i practice under and over dislocate "long term goal"

thank you all for you replys and precious time :)

Stay with it for the necessary time you need to master it.
