Do you recommend any general or specific warm-up before tackling these exercises?

Thanks so much. Can't wait to get started.

Piggy-backing onto Carolle's question…what do you guys at GB typically recommend for stretching, before or after the workout?

Virginie Afota

For what is worth (I am no expert), I cycle for 30min before doing the exercises. And it makes it a great workout.

I'm having the same question as well. can anyone help?

Alessandro Mainente

Since fundamentals it is not so hard on joints a light warm up from general to specific should be good:

-general: rowing, jumping rope, jumping jacks, run for 5-7 minutes.

-specific:

1)joint rotations from wrists up to elbows and shoulders, ankles, hips and trunk

2)joint swings in many directions

-special: it comprises the previous mastered/explored elements. if not move from specific to your assigned work of the day.
