Foundation 1: More than two times per week

Hi guys,

I have just recently started foundation one and really like it. However there are only two workouts per week (currently Monday and Thursday). I am used to working out much more than this during one week. Is it okay if I repeat the workout 4 times a week and take 3 rest days or is only performing the workout twice in the week beneficial? If the latter then are there certain things that can be done on the off days?

Thanks

You can adjust the days per week to 2, 3, or 4 days per week in dashboard. You can then add Handstand, Stretch series, and any other courses that you are doing to your weekly schedule as desired as well.

To add to what Keegan said, you just have to find your sweet spot where you're challenging you body as much as possible, but not over-training.

For me that's 3 F1 workouts per week plus 3 stretch series a week and one handstand day. Some people can train more and some need to train less.

If you can do 4 F1 workouts per week and after 4-6 weeks don't feel like you're burning out, all the power to you! For me, that was too much.

Lastly, make sure there is absolutely no rest time other than mobility between sets. This greatly increases the intensity of the workouts.
