Has anybody tried the new two day foundation split?
Does it work? Can you progress with new scheme?

Pretty sweet isn't it!
Of course you can.
Choosing F3/F4 or F7 has now been simplified down to selecting to workout either 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
Note that with the new calendar function you now also have a GREAT deal of flexibility is which days you would like to designate as F1 workout days. Which days will be stretch and which days will be handstand may also be selected.
The system will also keep track and automatically advance bi-weekly schedules for you. For example let's say you selected to Mon/Wed/Fri as your F1 days and selected to train 30 minutes at a time. This would result in an uneven F3/F4 split (e.g. a workout A and a workout B) during the week. But no matter as the system can now automatically set up your schedule as follows: week 1 - Mon/Fri = workout A, Wed = workout B. week 2 - Mon/Fri = workout B, Wed = workout A.

Thanks Coach...
It is great to have such flexibility in programming. I have a very heavy work schedule, so doing 2 Days of Foundations (one F3 and one F4, accompanied by Strech, H1&2 and Movement) is making my life easier. It is also great to hear it from you that you can improve with this 2 day low volume schedule...
You and your team are restless, always focusing on excellence, increasing the value of our investment...
Keep getting it better and better...
Sorry to piggyback but I'm about start Foundation and want to do 2@week, 1 30 min. on Monday, 1 60 min. on Friday (it's the safest way to avoid schedule changes. Will I be able to do this easily? Any tips?
Thanks!
Yes, but you will have to schedule it manually on the advance dashboard (Workout Scheduler) -> click configure button (gear icon) above the day you want to setup your workout. Add only selected few exercises on Monday and all exercises to Friday. The only downside of this is that Workout Scheduler will not alternate exercises on your Monday workouts.

Thanks. I'll just schedule my weakest exercises on Monday...
