Mobility progression

I understand the reasons why you can't progress in the strength exercises if you aren't able to complete the matching mobility exercises, however are you able to progress with the mobility exercises even if you can't complete the strength exercises?  For example, i'm able to complete mastery of FL/PE1, however as i'm shaking near the end of the 4 and 5 sets and therefore it's not considered mastery.  However i can easily complete the FL/PE1>iM with what visually appears to be correct ROM, therefore can i progress to the mobility exercises that i can't progress with?

Wishful thinking.  The point is not to work more of what you're already good at. :)

Using the logic from your statement, i shouldn't work more of the same mobility exercises as i'm already good at them and therefore i should progress! :)

Did you mean that re mobility exercises i should work more of what i'm already good at?! :)

You would be better off put the extra time into the stretch series.

I think what he meant is you should focus more on catching up with the strength exercise (what you're currently not good at), instead of putting more distance between your strength and mobility levels. It's all about balance.
