Hi, I am a 21 year old female who just got the foundations 1 course. I have been powerlifting for about a year, but started getting hip pain when squatting. I was diagnosed with borderline hip dysplasia and was told that I shouldn't do anything below 90 degrees. This would obviously take out single leg squats. Does anyone have experience with hip dysplasia and doing body weight squats, or any suggestions for other exercises or mobility that would help?

If there are chiropractors in your area... Talk with a chiropractor about the issue. Dysplasia can be a malformation or slight dislocation.
