Amount of "Task for today" too much?

Greetings and sorry if this has already been posted.  For my question, I purchased the F1 and Handstand 1 course and Ive noticed that I spend at least 2 hours in the gym on the foundation exercises and still not completing the "task for today".   For example for yesterday's task I did sPL/PE1 through 5 progression ( just barely working on the lean planche) and completed sL/PE1 progression close to 2 hours and didn't even attempt on the MN/PE OR SLS progressions.  How much time is usually spent on each exercises, e.g. sPL/PE progression?  Am I trying too many exercises for the "taks for today" (sPL/PE1, SL/PE, MN/PE, SLS/PE progressions in one gym sitting/day). Thanks! to Coach Sommer and thank-you for any advice/guidance.

why did you do spl pe1 through 5?.   the idea is you have 1 pe from each of the 7 movements and you work the sets and reps from each movement back to back with no rest aside from the im's which sometimes dont feel like rests.  a very short rest between each exercise is okay to grab some water etc but once you start the first set of an exercise you dont rest until all the sets of the pe and im are finished.   Doing all 7 of the pe1 exercises at mastery week (step 9 i believe)  took me about 45-50 mins I think.  sometimes that will be faster or maybe slower depending on which progressions you are up to.

1. Re-read the course material for pieces of information you didn't necessarily catch the last time you read the same information.

2. You Foundation workouts aught to be up to as many as seven Preparatory Elements combined with the corresponding Integrated Mobility at a time during each workout. For example: one workout might be: FL/PE1, HBP/PE1, MN/PE1, SL/PE1, RC/PE1, SLS/PE1, SPL/PE1. Or you might have three elements to work on, one day and the next day might be the other four elements you didn't work on the previous day.)

3. Be sure to read the following threads: Foundation One Exercise F.A.Q  New to Foundation One? Start Here

4 The search function for the forum is found. some what, near the upper right hand corner of your screen just below the words "Gallery" and "Help."

5. How much time you spend on your particular Foundation workouts varies. The same applies to the difficulty level you experience.

Wow, thank you so much guys!  I definitely will reread the course materials, but your input and guidance here are pearls and so priceless.  None to little rest between sets, add another great challenge to look forward too. This is great information...thanks again so much.
