Completed my 4 x 24s but was very hard.  Now at 4X30s....seems impossible to get those addl. 6 seconds!  Any recommended additional work to continue to strengthen/ progress?

Thanks

Split the remaining 6 seconds in 2 steps, first achieve the mastery of 4x27, then 4x30''.

Thanks.

Be creative when learning any strength hold or element. You might want to take your sets down to 2 sets of 30s. Even one set of 30s followed by a 2 minute break. Give your body extended time to recover and get used to that strain. As it becomes easier and you don't feel so fatigued you can try back to back sets. Then you can include your IM directly afterwards as well.  Work movement along with the static on your off days or after your workout. L-hold press to advanced planche. L hold press advanced planche extend left leg back. L hold press to low straddle. L hold->planche->Press HS->lower to planche->planche pushup :icon_twisted: Don't sleep on those tuck planche pushups. I still do them to this day as a warmup to my own planche training. Keep up the hard work and keep your workout fresh and interesting for your brain And your body.
