Question about pelvic alignment in handstand

It's my understanding that it will be in a neutral position (parallel to the ground). By contracting your glutes and your core, the pelvis bone should be neutralised.

Try standing normally, stay relaxed. Now contract your glutes. This is the position you want to feel when your in a handstand.

Many of us have deficiencies, but few know they exist. I have my pelvis angled downwards towards the ground, similar to picture C.

Ah, thanks both of you. That's exactally the opposite of what I was doing :oops: . Must work on this and keeping my legs together.
