If I'm 6'2", I dont exactly know the length of my arms but roughly what should the diameter of the strap be for me to use during LARS strength exercises?

Have a look at course introduction, it says how to measure those. Also keep in mind that you can have them done, or buy i.e. bar loops of right size.
