Looking at RC/PE4, I'm having a hard time approximating how high the rings should be. I know it says my feet should be about ring level. If the chair that I put my feet on are directly under the rings, should the rings just touch the chair, lie down slightly on it, or be above it? Thanks

An inch or two either way does not make too big of a difference, but I set it up so that the rings just barely touch the chair.
